How to play MATCH 6 lotto: Players receive three plays for $2. Players select six numbers from 1 to 49, or they may elect the quick-pick, computer-selection method for the first line of play. The PA Lottery quick-picks an additional two sets of six numbers from one to 49, for each play. This gives each player three lines of six numbers each, for a total of 18 numbers. MATCH 6 players can match winning numbers on one line or a combination of lines any of 11 different ways to win cash prizes. To win the jackpot - which starts at $500,000 and grows until it is hit - players must match all six numbers drawn in a single, horizontal line of play. Odds of winning the jackpot prize are 1-in-4,661,272.3; overall odds of winning any prize are 1-in-5.9.
